Armed with a super powerful and advanced Nanosuit, players use stealth, brute force, and a wide variety of high-tech weaponry to decimate an invasive alien threat known as the Ceph. Part of the appeal of the original game was the amazing presentation, it was the best-looking game of its day and of course, Crysis 2 had to live up to that.Ĭrysis 2 is the sequel to one of the most graphically impressive games ever released, sending players to the front line of futuristic warfare. It may be on the short side, but the game feels packed while you play it. Overall, the game is just a great deal of fun to play. The ammo is not exactly in generous supply so you do have to use your suit and weapons together to deal with threats. You have these awesome alien weapons to use and these allow you to tinker with them. Outside of using the suit, the game is still a great deal of fun. Using the suits modes is a lot of fun and it forces you to change things up during battle. You can also turn the power suit into a power mode where you are much more powerful and able to take more damage.
You can decide to use the stealth mode so that you can sneak around and view enemies' heat signatures which is pretty awesome. With this game, they have made it more streamlined and it works better. In Crysis 2 you have a badass power suit like you did in the first game. It is the kind of thing I could see being turned into a massive action movie with awesome special effects. There are those that want your Power Suit for their own need which adds to the complexity of the story. What I really liked about the story was how in addition to aliens, humans are also a threat.
